ENGRAVING

WHAT ARE ENGRAVINGS: Laser services include the process of etching, cutting, marking or engraving with a laser bean. One of the most popular services we offer are engravings. This is where the laser beam acts like a chisel, removing layers from the surface of the material, leaving behind permanent deep marks (aka, the design). Then with laser cutting, we are able to create basic or die-cut shapes, that can be used as is or have an engraving added. We use etching on glass wear, such as wine glasses and beer mugs. We also use a CNC, which carves out designs from wood. Engravings can be as simple as adding your logo or a name to a product or a more detailed custom designed piece.
TURNAROUND: Turnaround completely depends on the item, quantity, complexity of each engraving, and if blanks need to be ordered for the project. Essentially, turnaround times are on a per project basis. Some orders may get done in a week or less, whereas others may take around 2 weeks. We try to inform you on the expected turnaround time.
MINIMUMS: Most of the items we engrave do not have a minimum, except for pens. However, if we order blanks to be engraved, higher quantities help offset shipping or qualify for free shipping. Higher quantities also get better discounts, including wood and acrylic, as they leave less scraps.
PRICING: Engravings are priced by number of pieces in the order, engrave time and what's being engraved.
SUBMITTING AN ORDER & QUOTES: In order to give you the most accurate quote, we will need to know the total quantity, sizes (if applicable), the item you need engraved, if you are providing it or we are, placement/size of design and the art/logo file.
Engraving FILES: The laser engraves what's black, so any files provided by the customer need to be in all black or be a vector file that we can change to black. The file also can't have a background. We can work with you to create a custom design or convert your file to work with the laser.
WHAT THEY ARE USED ON: One of the most popular items we engrave are stainless steel tumblers with a powder coating. If it's just stainless steel without a coating, we use a different technique. Additional items that can be engraved are wood, other coated metal items, acrylic, silicone/rubber, glass & laser safe leather/leatherette. We can also etch & sand blast glass, for a more even look.
PRODUCT OPTIONS: We have a large selection of items to choose from, however, you are welcome to provide your own. If you have a link to where it was purchased, that will be a plus! We can use that to create a mock-up.
WOODWORKING

WHAT IS WOODWORKING: Woodworking is the act of cutting, shaping and joining wood to make decorative and useful items. We do not make furniture, but primarily focus on signs and gifts. A lot of love goes into each handcrafted wood piece, that includes properly sealing anything that has been painted or stained.
different STYLES: We offer wood pieces that are engraved, 3D, carved, stained, painted or left natural.
TURNAROUND: Turnaround completely depends on the project and how much time is involved. Some items, such as ornaments, we can have done in a week or less, others require at least 2 weeks. We will try to estimate when your project will be ready.
MINIMUMS: There aren't minimums for this service. However, for items such as wreath decorations, you receive bulk discounts.
PRICING: Pricing out wood projects is based on all the materials needed to complete the project, as each one is different. We base it off of the amount of time the piece will take to complete, the materials used and laser/CNC time, plus quantity. Some of our items already have set pricing, such as pre-designed ornaments and stove covers.
SUBMITTING AN ORDER & QUOTES: In order to give you the most accurate quote, we will need to know exactly what you are needing, the design, size, finished look (engraved, 3D, painted, stained, framed, etc.) and quantity.
WOODWORKING FILES: The files used for woodworking projects need to be in all black. That's because these machines only read what's black. Afterwards, we can go back and add color with paint or stain.
WHAT IT'S USED FOR: Our woodworking service involves cutting, staining, painting, nailing, engraving, and putting together different wood elements to best fit the needs of the project. We create unique, handcrafted and custom signs, door hangers, ornaments, wreath decorations, and more.
PRODUCT OPTIONS: All of our wood projects are made from scratch and by hand, with the help of a CNC and laser. We do not keep any premade items on hand, as everything is made-to-order. We will post pre-designed options for holidays, but LOVE custom orders! Those are our specialty. We also have a few different stain color options, as well as paint colors.
