WHAT IS EMBROIDERY: Embroidery is where you are using thread to add your brand to apparel and products. Since it's thread, we cannot embroider designs with shading, gradients, ombres or major details. It also doesn't work with too small of text or thin lines. Those types of designs are better suited for screen print or a transfer. Embroidery is also a great option if you are wanting just your logo and are looking for a more polished look.

 

TURNAROUND: Turnaround is typically 2 weeks; from the time the apparel is received. Except during our busier times, this will increase to 3 weeks. We accept rush orders that need to be done next day or before 5 days, in which a rush fee is applied. These orders are only accepted if production allows.

MINIMUMS: We have no minimums for embroidery, however, our discount starts at (6) pieces total with the same design in the same size. However, our embroidered patches have a minimum of (50), not all need to be applied to caps. You can have as many as you'd like sewn on and then leave the rest as extras to sell or be applied later.

PRICING: Embroidery is priced by number of pieces in the order, thread count and size. The number of colors does not matter and can be different on all pieces, such as ordering different color caps and wanting the thread to match the mesh of each one.

SUBMITTING AN ORDER & QUOTES: In order to give you the most accurate quote, we will need to know the total quantity, sizes (if applicable), the item you need embroidered, if you are providing the items or we are, placement of design, if the design will be one solid color or multiple (for mock-ups) and the art/logo file.

EMBROIDERY FILES: Embroidery files aren't something a customer typically has. If you don't have one, there is a one-time fee for that design in a certain size. That means if you re-order that fee will be omitted. In order to make the embroidery file we will need your logo in vector format. If you do not have this, we can make that for you as well.

WHAT IT'S USED ON: We primarily embroider polos, jackets, caps, beanies, aprons, bags and patches. For polos & jackets, your logo is typically placed on the front upper left chest area. For caps we can place your logo centered on the front, off to the side on the front, the back or side of cap (don't recommend for mesh). For beanies and aprons, it will be centered on the front. Bags, it really depends on the style of bag or tote being used. For businesses who are wanting cap patches and have a full color logo, we offer embroidered patches that are mixed with sublimation. They are hand-sewn onto a product and can be a basic shape or die-cut.
