WHAT ARE CUSTOM GRAPHIC Design SERVICES: Custom graphic design service is where we collaborate with our clients to create a custom design, which is made on the computer with our design software. These designs are used on a variety of products to complete a project. It's also a great tool to help businesses connect with their target audience clearly and effectively, especially throughout all their branding, advertising and marketing essentials. The top 4 ways it's used in business is to inform, influence, create interest & build relationships with their target audience.
TURNAROUND: Turnaround for this service has two factors. The first one being how quickly you respond back to questions, proofs and revisions. The second is the complexity of the design. Simple designs can be done in an hour or less. Whereas more complex design can take hours. We will let you know when you can expect to see the first design proof and roughly how long the whole process will take.
MINIMUMS: We do not have minimums for custom graphic design services.
PRICING: Pricing for custom graphics is based on the complexity of the project. Is it a single design for a tumbler or keychain, a little more involved shirt design, or complex design for logos or booklets? The more designing & complexity that's involved, the more it's going to cost. Custom graphics are always a one-time fee and are omitted on re-orders, unless changes are made to the original design.
SUBMITTING AN ORDER & QUOTES: In order to give you the most accurate quote, we will need to know the full scope of the project - the product or service the design will be used for, how many pages (if applicable), your needs and specifications (simple text, photos, illustrations, etc.) and the context of which the design will be used. Plus, any visual specification - preferred colors, fonts, style, etc.
DESIGN FILES: Design files are always kept as a vector. However, files that are sent to the customer vary, depending on the type of project. Such as a custom logo, we send a vector and .png files. If we are designing and you are taking it somewhere to have your order completed, we will send based on the requirements of the print shop, sign shop, etc. If you have a logo file that you need vectorized, we will email them to you as a vector in PDF format. We do not send art files for all designs, only under certain circumstances - logos or only needing design services.
WHAT is CUSTOM GRAPHIC design USED FOR: Our custom graphic design service is used for anything that involves a design, that's not supplied by the customer.
