WHAT ARE EVENT DISPLAYS & SIGNAGE: Event displays are the combination of highly visible visual elements and signs used at an event, that incorporate your branding (or at least should). They are a great way to showcase a product or service at a trade show, event, or any other type of marketing event. Done properly they can be used to elevate your brand and boost brand awareness. They help distinguish your business from the rest and stand out, another great tool to help you attract your target market. Displays are a marketing tool that when used correctly can be very effective and can improve attendee experience. Some other commonly used phrases that apply to the same thing are trade show displays, trade show signs, booth signage & exhibit signage.   

TURNAROUND: Turnaround for event displays can be from 2 weeks and up. A lot of time goes into creating displays that not only look professional & esthetically pleasing, but also represent your brand in a positive way. They are much more than a pretty design. In addition, not all displays make sense for all events or to best reach your target audience. There's planning involved that goes beyond designing. It really depends on what kind of signage or display you are needing and if you need them designed or just printed. 

MINIMUMS:  We do not have minimums for event displays & signage. 

SUBMITTING AN ORDER & QUOTES: In order to give you the most accurate quote, we will need to know the product you are interested in, size, quantity and if you're supplying the art file or we are. This is also how we will determine pricing. 

DESIGN FILES: Design files need to be vector. Displays & signage used at events are large, therefore we need to ensure that the printing will come out perfectly. If you do not already have a design file, we also offer graphic design services.

WHAT ARE EVENT DISPLAYS & SIGNAGE USED FOR: Our event displays & signage are used to identify, inform, educate, engage and direct. They are used at networking events, vendor shows, trade shows and farmers markets, where you have a booth to showcase who your business is and connect with your target market. They can also be used as additional advertising at big corporate events and help engage with the attendees, including photo opportunities. 

PRODUCT OPTIONS: There is a large variety of display and signage options. The most common are banners - standard vinyl banners, retractable, x banner stands, step & repeat, pole banners, fabric and tabletop. Some other popular options are pop-up displays, tension fabric stands, flags, tents, table runners & tablecloths. We will work with you to figure out the best direction to go for the event, your business and target market.
